The rooms, though slightly old, are very clean and offer a beautiful mountain view. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel is situated on the outskirts of the village providing easy access to various ski resorts through their reliable shuttle buses. the rooms were neatly renovated, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. the hotel's free Onsen was truly a highlight with spectacular views of the snowy mountains. the hotel staff provided us with complimentary yukata, and the room had a heater to dry our wet clothes.
The hotel lacks a gym or fitness center who want to keep up their workout routine.

The hotel where I stayed was perfect for a budget-friendly trip. The staff spoke great English and provided excellent services. The best aspect of the hotel was the indoor and outdoor onsen with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Another impressive aspect was the delicious buffet meals that offered great value for the price paid. Additionally, the hotel is located at a convenient distance from major tourist attractions and markets.
The hotel information book was not clear about the schedule of the onsen hours. Additionally, the rules regarding dining reservations were not appropriately explained and left me and a few other guests confused. Communication barriers were hindrances during our stay which was quite frustrating. It would have been helpful if there were instructions and a map of the area to help us navigate better. the hotel was a good option for budget travellers but required clear communication.

During my Christmas holiday, I stayed at a mountain hotel where I had a lovely time. I loved that the hotel offered a shuttle service to the main town. the snow-covered mountains surrounding the hotel made the location quite picturesque. , I enjoyed the daily breakfast, which offered a wide variety of items.
The room decor seemed to be outdated and in need of some renovation. the bed linens could have been cleaner and fresher.
